Privacy policy

ENTRi Club (entri.club) is operated by ENTRi Media ApS (CVR 44 50 28 95), Edisonsvej 1, 5000 Odense C, Denmark. This policy explains what happens to the information you submit through our waitlist application form.

What we collect

When you submit the application form, we collect:

• Full name and email address (required)
• Phone number, if you provide it
• Primary interest you select (network, deals, templates, or tax & accounting)
• Technical context: the page you applied from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters (UTM tags) present in your visit
• Consent record: the exact time you ticked the consent checkbox and the version of this policy you agreed to

Why we collect it

We process this data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the unticked consent checkbox before submitting. We use it exclusively to:

• review your application for Club membership,
• contact you about the outcome, and
• understand roughly how applicants found us (source/UTM), so we can improve where we spend outreach effort.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or scoring. Every application is reviewed personally by Kim and Victor.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in our client relationship system, operated on our behalf by Funnel Profits using the GoHighLevel platform, acting as our data processor. Submissions are sent from our server directly to that system; your application is never stored in our website's own logs beyond what is operationally necessary for security (e.g. spam prevention).

Anti-spam and security

To keep the waitlist genuine, our submission endpoint applies basic automated safeguards (a hidden honeypot field and a minimum-time check). This does not involve profiling of applicants — it only filters automated bot traffic before any record is created.

Retention

We retain application records for as long as you are an active applicant or member, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle re-applications and legal/accounting obligations. You can ask us to erase your data at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we are required to keep it (e.g. active membership billing records).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• correct inaccurate data,
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict or object to processing, and
• receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@entri.club. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we process application data, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. The version you consented to is recorded against your application.
